Since 6 month, still my problem without getting resolved.
After two years, the airlines refunded the voucher to a Cash back to the Agency.
Expected from any good company to refund the customer as it's his right.
After 10 and 10 email and calls we agreed to refund amount after deducting KWD10 instead of KWD26 their admin fees.
Finally after they promised, l got the refund and they deducted KWD26 Hhhhhhh like l was handling myself. They are unprofessional and scammers.
Tip for consumers:
They have no clear policy , So at any time you can be a victim for them scam.
