We double checked your order, the timeline unfolds as follows:
- On September 21st 2023: You placed the order.
- On September 22nd, 2023: We shipped your order.
- On October 10th, 2023: Your shipment was out for delivery.
- On October 11th, 2023: Your order was delivered.
It actually took 20 days, rather than a month as claimed, to have your order delivered. It was indeed longer than the normal 15-day shipping phase, though, due to Halloween delivery latency.
