I don't usually leave reviews but this experience made me feel like I owed it to anyone else looking for a maternity subscription service. I accidentally purchased four maternity items in early May 2023 thinking that I was selecting my items for my box. I had used Le Tote in the past and it was intuitive and easy to use then so when I mistakenly purchased 4 items totaling about $270 I was upset. I had no way of creating my tote after paying so I figured that was the way to do it. I immediately messaged the company saying I would like to refund them and was told that I could and would receive a full refund. After 35 days of dealing with sending the order back, tracking it, and waiting for it to be processed I then received a message saying that I would be getting $2-$4 for each piece refunded, that didn't even cover the return shipping. Even if I wasn't able to get a refund, they should have said that up front and I would have kept the clothes. In late June, I was told that they will issue the full refund but it is now early July and I still haven't seen the refund. It takes on average 4-6 business days to get any sort of response back from customer service. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had in a really long time. I can't imagine how they are still in business.
