I thought I was purchasing directly from the venue, do to some misleading web advertising. I made a mistake in my transaction. Multiple calls and requests for help, and I've been told absolutely no refunds and no exchanges. Ticket price is well over the venue price. My show is in 2019. Tickets from the venue have been sent to other customers already. I've been told I cannot have mine until a day before the performance. During the multiple calls (at least 8x by now), I've had one customer representative that was kind and sympathetic (still no refund/exchange). All others were condescending.
