Complete waste of my time I ordered a part on the 14th ok parts train has one in stock should receive in a couple business days. I check on the 18th still no shipping tracking so I call. Im assured it will be in the mail on the 22nd from the manufacturer. Ok not thrilled. On the 21st just before end of the day I get a email that my order is canceled... I call talk to someone who cant grasp the English language. Yeah no we cant get your part. What a epic waste of time. I havnt mentioned the fact I have had a truck down with the owners stuck in a hotel now for 9 days waiting for the truck to be fixed all thanks to partstrain.com. I will never use again and will make sure no one I work with every hears me say anything good about them.
