I ordered on December 5th so I could get these gifts by Christmas. When I checked, the order is "processing", whatever that means.
Next, I emailed customer service. No response. Tried their chatline - closed down. Tried calling - they aren't picking up.
EVERY OTHER ONLINE ORDER that I've placed has gone through and delivered. BM has not. Therefore, they win the Worst prize this holiday season.
Never, ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it, man. Find other places to order clothes. I'm really sorry I ever ordered from them, and I never will again.
BM is the actual worst.

Never received since they are impossibly slow.
