All the reviews here are real. Worst company ever. I cancelled the rental 2 days prior to pick up. And they are still charging me for the rental. I have all the emails proving that I'd cancelled. Now they are saying I was a no show. And won't refund me. Don't rent from them. You are paying to have a headache on your vacation
