I sent a fendi bag in for authentication to both Authenticate First and Real Authentication (which is MORE reliable) and AF came back in authentic whereas Real Authentication said the bag was real. I asked Authenticate First to re-asses to bag and they have horrible customer service. The owner says " We understand that another service may provide a different opinion, however, that does not make our opinion wrong just because it's the opinion you want to accept."
How unprofessional!

Hello; we wanted to address your concerns. The "other" authentication service is not more reliable than AF. I don't know what makes you believe this, but it is wrong. I'm not sure what you mean by "at least refund me if you don't take your authentication seriously." When or what makes you believe we did not take it seriously? In fact, we stated we stand behind our expert's opinion. I'm sorry if you are upset with the opinion, but that does not make it wrong. You asked us to re-review the item based on another service who gave you a different opinion, that's not how this works. The correct course of action in situations like this is to have a 3rd opinion from another service. What you do after that point is up to your discretion.
