Firstly, sorry for the late reply we have only recently been made aware of this website. Our FAQ page states very clearly that there is an administration fee to reactivate expired download links after the software has been initially download. Our software includes a README file that clearly explains how to install the software and we offer full support via email, live chat (if requested) and our community forum.
