AssalamuAlaikum, I am done with Alhannah I have been a customer for over 13 years and this is the last time I will shop with them. Early on around 2003 their service was excellent. Their products are good quality when you receive what you actually ordered and there wasn't a mix up in sizes or colors or quantities. This last order I paid for expedited shipping my order should have arrive yesterday. They are not answering their phone or returning email. At this point my purchase which was an Eid gift most likely won't even arrive on time. I will have to open a paypal claim to see if at least I can be refunded my extra shipping and possibly recieve my order for Eid Ul Adha since Eid Ul Fitr isn't going to happen. Very sad and disappointed about the entire situation. InshaAllah I'm planning to post a warning on the bulletin board in the Sister's side of the Masjid letting them know about this company. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your most recent purchase. But first we would like to thank you for being a long time customer and let you know that your opinion matters very much to us. We would hate to lose you as a customer and would like to ask you to give us a chance to make this right. We have tried to reach out to you by telephone, but we were not successful.
When we tracked your order we saw that it was delivered by the USPS on June 17, which would have been a little more than a week before the Eid Al-Fitr. If you did not get your order please let us know and we will be glad to either reship your order, give you a store credit or refund your purchase price—whatever is most satisfactory to you. Also, I see that we did make a mistake when we shipped your order by standard ground service, as opposed to the expedited service you paid for. I also see that we did refund the expedited service fee you paid on June 14, once we realized we made the error. Please let us know if you would like more details on the refund transaction and we will be glad to provide it to you by private email.
During the weeks before the Eid it was quite busy. Our email and phone call volumes were extremely heavy. We realize that it must have been quite frustrating for customers, such as yourself to have to call multiple times in an attempt to reach our customer service. For that we apologize. We are working on improving our telephone system by adding additional phone operators, and we have also added a live chat and messaging system to our site. Insha Allah, our customer service response times will improve dramatically over the coming weeks.
Again, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please call us or email us as we would like the chance to make this right. We are very sorry for the problem you experienced with your order and would like to thank you for taking the time to voice your option. Without feedback, such as yours we would not be able to improve our service. Jazak Allah Khair.
