I have completed all the tests and submitted education certificates. In a few days, their manager, Angelina, contacted me and requested a photo of my passport. Even though it is not a governmental position, but an illegal ghostwriting service, they still require numerous documents. The next day, Angelina rejected my application, stating 'experienced managers found the document is altered.' However, my document is absolutely legal and can be checked via official checkers. Angelina refused to provide an explanation. When I offered an official governmental check of my document to prove its authenticity, Angelina disappeared.
I found:
1. The company is illegal and gathers documents for illegal purposes. NEVER send them your docs.
2. They operate under FAKE names! Just check their LinkedIn profile: the location is Ukraine, the registration address is Cyprus, while they claim to be from the UK.
3. AVOID them; otherwise, they will steal your documents.

Please be informed that verification step is of an utmost importance since we do not tolerate fraudulent activity and we do care about security of private data of applicants and third parties which can be involved in selling/buying schemes that violate our rules and Terms of Use. Each applicant has to and must check all the regulations and conditions stated on the website to make sure they do not contradict applicant's apprehensions. Also, it is a usual situation for many companies to ask for verification documents and such a procedure never calls a negative reaction, only if an applicant wants to cheat and perform fraudulent activity.
All the required steps and documents needed are listed on the main page of the website and are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. Management/Support can ask for additional information/verification documents in case of a need during an application's check:
5.5. Upon Activation of your Account, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity. Such information may include request to provide us with scanned copies or photos of your identification documents, last four digits of your credit/debit card or other identity and/or billing/payment information related documents.
By providing an altered document you violated our Terms of Use and as a result, your application was declined. After rejection of your application you received an email with the reason of decline, so all the actions of our Manager were performed in a correct way and as per rules and directions of the company.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that we have our own software which checks documents and prove their authenticity, that is why we never accept any checks from third parties which can be also altered.
The only possible way for an applicant to get accepted is to register for free, complete an application form, provide valid documents if requested and get checked for approval or decline. What is more, we are not storing documents provided by applicants/writers and we do not use or share them with any third parties:
10.1. All the information received from the Writers and the Customers is kept in complete confidentiality and is not sold/shared with any third parties. Detailed information considering the privacy issues is available in the Privacy Policy at the Website.
Furthermore, we operate with people from almost all the world and all the information about official registration of the company can be checked in Privacy Policy on the website. The screenshots you provided only show official emails sent from one of our Management representatives.
To sum up, as it can be clearly seen from the explanations above, we operate as per official regulations and conditions stated on the website. You provided unsupported information about some fake names, stealing of documents and illegal activity based only on your point of view and not connected to our business.
