Shopdisney use to have such great customers service up until this summer. I use to be able to call and actually talk to someone from there and they would be so helpful.
Now I have to chat or email, and they must have out source their people they are rude and won't help. There typing is very unclear and ignore that you've dropped $$$ amounts of money on they site. Instead of just sending a picture of broken things they want you to ship it back and pay for the shipping. If they don't have the item instock they will ship you back the broken item and not tell you. Or they are super shady about when they drop the price of items and giving you the difference even if you bought the item within 7 days like their site says and it's not even a refund its store credit. So they aren't truly missing out on money.
Here are some shady examples of stuff they've done:
I contacted them about a broken lightsaber and had to send in back which is fine. But they took months to send me the lightsaber, and then I found out they sent me back the broken one without telling me because supposedly they were all sold out. That is just scrappy. No communication at all, no apology, no help. Those are over $100.
Another things that happen is, on the site it says if the price of an item drops within 7 days of buying it they will give you a coupon (aka store credit not a refund) for the item doesn't get a list of expections. I just placed my order 3 days ago. And in the past if they offer coupons to drop the price of items they would honor it. Recently I reach out and they wouldn't claiming if you checked the fine print of the code it's says something there. No one would thinks to check that? And it's just such a shady loophole especially when people drop a lot of money on Shopdisney. They wouldn't honor it was very rude and said when they honored it in the past it was a one time courtesy which was never stated. Then they wanted my mother's name to check her order to see if they did it for her even though I already gave them they order they did it for me. I was like no way. I think they wanted it to flag her account or mess with her code.
I'm so disappointed in ShopDisney. I was a loyal Disney customer but all they care now is money not their customers. Such a shame.

Tip for consumers:
There refund, exchange, and return policy is shady and unclear. You have to get approved before you can and will take over month to get things refunded or exchange. You have to pay for shipping back which they don't tell you.
