I sold a brand-new item with a an original TAG from the store that was ranked "as not authentic" by their Quality Team which totally unacceptable since the item presented a tag. After long email communication with no clear reasoning i had to pay 12£ to ship my item back. So i even lost money on top of losing time, effort in selling. Avoid this app, go Vinted!
