Bad quality platform, had to navigate inside.
I sold a brand-new item with a an original TAG from the store that was ranked "as not authentic" by their Quality Team which totally unacceptable since the item presented a tag. After long email communication with no clear reasoning i had to pay 12£ to ship my item back. So i even lost money on top of losing time, effort in selling. Avoid this app, go Vinted!

“Same here! Their customer support are $#*!es they kept divert the conversation and ask me for invoices, they don't list any reasons for me which is a red flag for a company that is proud for strict authenticate process smh.”
