On 5/26 I bought a pool cover from Mighty Covers, after more than two weeks of the purchase I had not received the product. I had to give them a call to figure out what was going on. The attendant told me they had trouble with their distributor and the product never shipped.
What is worse they did not refund me right away, they waited until I give them a call to ask for status on 6/11.
This was disappointing to say the least. Now I feel like I need to check every day my statement to make sure the refund comes, and I need to buy from a more serious business. Very bad experience, certainly not coming back any time soon.

Mr. Alejandro A. Is 100% correct with what he stated happened when he ordered a solar pool cover from MightyCovers.com. He had ordered a solar pool cover from us that is stocked and drop shipped by one of our vendors normally. When we received the order, it was sent by email to the vendor. We received an automated response that said due to the Covid19 pandemic it may be 3 to 5 business days before your emails may be read and/or acted upon. That made sense to us since during this pandemic there are unusual circumstances that everyone is experiencing in many industries causing delys and cancellations. We had sent several other orders to this vendor at about the same time Mr. Alejandro A. Placed his order. The day before we heard from Mr. Alejandro A., another customer that had an order with that vendor called asking the status of their order. We then called the vendor and their phone was no longer working, so we sent them an email requesting status on orders and their status of if they were even still open for business. The next day Mr. Alejandro A. Called requesting the status of his order and the customer service rep said they would check on the order since they didn't know about the calls and emails the day before. So when checked still the same results with no correspondences from the vendor. So we had to cancel all of the orders that we had with that vendor. Mr. Alejandro A. Was told all of this when he called back. All of the other customers that called or emailed about the status of their order or why it was cancelled were very understanding and knew that this was something completely out of our control. Everyone was issued a credit to the credit cards that can take up to 5 to 10 days in some cases depending upon the bank or credit card merchant. They too could have possible delays due to the overwhelming amount of cancellations now, but the credits have been issued. We are sorry for the way Mr. Alejandro A. Feels about our company, but under normal circumstances that we can control, this would have never happened the way it did.

On then on top of the poor communication from the vendor, they ended up sending Mr. Alejandro A the item anyway even though we had sent them a cancellation email after all of this happens. We haven't heard back from Mr. Alejandro A. Since he has receive the item that he originally ordered at no charge.
