After working with Voy, my ad costs increased by 5x...

Did my results increase by 5x? No.
Did they increase by 2x? No.

In fact, the results barely reached the same metrics I achieved on my own (and keep in mind that I am no "Facebook ads expert").

After 2 months of running highly costly ads that saw TERRIBLE CONVERSIONS, we finally stopped the ads because I so happened to look at my ads account to notice that some ads were spending close to $100 to convert a single customer on a product that was about $12.

I will say the first few months seemed promising. But after that, everything went down hill when it came time for the rubber to meet the road.

Also, there was an issue that came up where the Facebook Pixel stopped tracking purchases (which is crucial for optimizing!). Not only did it take a FULL 31 DAYS TO ADDRESS... at the end of it all, they didn't even manage to fix it.

Thankfully I was able to get all my money back from them. But I was not able to get the money back from the amount spent on terribly converting Facebook ads, I was also not able to get back the time wasted where I could have just done some self education myself to do a better job.
