Great collection of torrents thanks to all the seeders and groups that upload their stuff here too, but if you ever have to interact with staff over an account issue then get ready for a "nice" conversation that screams deal with it.

Lost my original account because I didn't have access to the internet for a few months and couldn't log in or seed, doesn't matter to them if you've dropped money or not, they will just purge the account. Got another invite from a friend and made sure to always stay signed in on one of my tabs, but that wasn't enough. I didn't download/seed anything when I remade my account because I wasn't interested in anything until recently, and I learned the annoying way that this was also considered inactive. You better read the FAQ for all their terms or get your account purged out of nowhere.

I'm more bitter than upset over losing the accounts. IPT let me try a bunch of games that I wouldn't have been able to buy at the time, so I still had some fondness for the site after my first account was gone and was lucky enough to get another invite. Sadly now when I think about IPT it just brings a frown to my face after interacting with their "support" who just reply with backhanded comments unless you're asking them how to give them money.

If you never have to interact with "support" the site is 5/5, but if you do it plummets to 0/5, which might be why the 5 stars think the 1-2 stars are paid reviewers if they never had to experience that joke of a support team. Truly worlds apart when comparing the service to the staff.
