Bought a gazebo and noticed a small rip in the fabric. They ignored my email re the fault and so phoned the company. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and promised a new cover would be sent out in two days. After three days phoned again as no sign of the cover, the company stated they had courier problems and would send out a cover to be with me in two days. Surprisingly it didn't arrive so phoned them again! They said the cover had not been sent out ( I'd already worked that out!), when asked 'why?' the woman stated she couldn't give a reason. I requested either a new cover to be delivered the following day or for them to pick up the gazebo and give me a refund. They opted to pick up the gazebo rather than give me a new cover, strange way to do business! Courier was promised the next day but didn't turn up. Again the next day, no show! They eventually turned up the day after. Now waiting on my refund! How many days will that take, looking forward to their excuses this time... Avoid at all costs, the worst company I have ever dealt with.
