I havn't recieved the bag Yet but got upset when i found out that the bag was shipped from china and i imediatly contacted the shop's custumor service.
They are friendly and replied fast. They don't inform that much only like " don't worry" "we are mulberry OEM" and when i told them that i will get the bag checked at Mulberry they said "Thats ok"
Im rather angry by the lacking of information and misleading coustumors by stating price in £ then $ and finaly they ship from China.. I really thought i was buying from England or maby the states.
The site i rather professional looking nice pictures.. but its so easy to copy pictures and reviews from MULBERRY.COM and plase that info in their own site..
BY the way PayPal don't work..
I LOOK very much forward to getting the bag checked and they will get a return imidiatly if i don't get the bag i ordered in the quality stated..
I never picked up the package because i didnt want to risk anything. i wrote the company about that and now its their responsibility to track and trace their goods and refund the money. I never got their track and trace number but at the tax office here a number is stated that wil veryfy that i never picked up the package. By the way on the tax recept it is stated that the adress of the seller is unreadable... so if they get their bag i don't know, that is their mistake by selling frauds..
I will go to the bank and get a refund if nessesary..
