Bought over a thousand $ shoes. Got faulty with scratches and stains. Took a picture and wrote them straight away( I had a proof of delivery time) within an hour or so(Had proves too). They refused to exchange refund or repair! At the same time they were soooo rude and unprofessional that I will NEVER buy anything from them again and make sure that I will tell about it as many people as possible. Their stuff doesn't cost your money time and stress.
Tip for consumers:
They try to get rid of faulty items by sending them to online shoppers. And as you already paid for goods they don't care and basically telling you that you don't have any rights to be refunded exchanged (and its hard to proof otherwise) Be careful please. choose another professional, customs orientated designer brands.
