I placed several orders with this company and was generally quite happy with the quality and prices. Sure, it could take up to a month to receive my full order, and sometimes five or six different fabrics came in two or three separate packages, which was odd, but oh well. But then, over the summer, I bought some patterns and was really excited to find the perfect fabric for them on sale at Fancy Styles Fabric (by this time, I had downloaded the app). So, I splurged and got over $200 worth. August goes by, then September, then October. To my dismay, I find that there is no phone number for customer service, only an email address. I send an email. "Jenny" replies, sayimng "Oh, that's terrible, we'll get a duplicate order sent out." Within a few days, I get a confirmation number with an order number... and that's as far as it gets. No follow-up with tracking number. According to UPS, a "label was created", but they never received a package. So... I email "Jenny" again (what else am I supposed to do)... no response. I email again and again... crickets. I message the Facebook page, they tell me to email customer support (who I've been contacting). I finally get a response from "Jenny", who assures me (AGAIN) that she'll track it down, and now I'm ghosted again. In summary: DO NOT order online from this company, unless you're willing to take a chance on your money dissapearing into the ether. You may get some great fabric. Or you may get a great big pile of nothing
