I'm trying not to be conclusive, however, this doesn't look good. I've made 5 different deposits into my wallet and still cannot trade nor access my funds. The support team is a joke. I despirately need to have this resolved. I've even sent an email to support at brailex.com because I couldn't get sensible response from the support team.
