After purchasing kayak sand wheels on this site I paid through paypal which is their only way to pay and then began the wait for it to arrive. I logged into paypal to see the transaction and my first red flag was the aheadfeel website lists a Meghan Imfeld as the contact person but my transaction was from a Catherine Jansen. Then after a few weeks I had never received an email receipt or tracking number like the website promised so I contacted the *******@aheadfeel.com to try to get information and got no response. I turned to paypal and filed a dispute and then I received a UPS tracking number and they auto closed the case without any checking I pulled up the tracking it had been delieved a few days prior to my case opening supposedly but no address was on the delivery confirmation. Can you say phony tracking number?!? Then when I went on their site to look up the kayak sand wheels I purchased now they are no where on their site anymore. I reopened a case with paypal again because we haven't received our product or refund and are out $71.
