Action auto is owned by EquiPro holdings in Oxford Mississippi they have 5 different locations 2 n Alabama there website claims quality used cars drive with confidence.also says all vehicles go through a rigourios inspection and maintenance process.that is a lie. I have proof from ex employees and if you look at there reviews from there 5 different locations you can tell.y vehicle was in and out of there shop 3 times for 80 plus days there lies could have killed my family my daily daughter and girlfriend where backing out of the driveway to take the vehicle to the mechanic shop and the accelerator hangs wide open. And they hit my ditch 2 feet over they would have hit a 500 gallon propane tank. Action Auto gave me a fake invoice saying they had a used accelerator pedal put on a month before I purchased by a company called ADPS.LLC The company does not exist I called and checked with the secutary of state I'n mississippi. One of the times my vehicle was in the shop I got a notification from carfax they had my vehicle at the Ford dealership. I asked them about it and they told me they were having a part reprogrammed. I called Ford service manager he informed me action auto haf the vehicle there to diagnose the problem. I had the vehicle for around 6 months wentvin the shop a few days after I got it action auto is calling and wanting a payment. I informed them when they fixed my truck I would pay them after 6 months truck running worse than before. They called wanting me to make a payment I told them I was not making another payment until they had my truck fixed 1 hour later they repossessed it. The have you sign a mandatory binding arbitration agreement they pick the arbitrator. It's rigged from the get go over a year later no settlement. They had there lawers send me papers trying to get me for defamation. Every word I have spoken about action auto I have proof.check out the other businesses they own before doing business with them.
