Yes I bought a galaxy S21 in fair condition after I read some of the reviews, figured money back guarantee and 30 days to change my mind why not. Long story short I am very happy with my purchase, had a few small scratches on the screen but when I put a screen protector on it couldn't even tell. The battery is amazing and I also purchased the 3 year insurance for 40 dollars which is super cheap. I will recommend this to anybody that asks me where to order a phone from and I will definitely use back market again myself.
Tip for consumers:
Everything is on the up and up so far haven't had any problems so as far as the return process I cannot say and hopefully I will not have to find out
