After sending my order, I received an email that the company doesn't ship to a PO Box, could I send another address. I told them since I couldn't, please cancel the order. That was Jan 4th. It's Jan 10th and I'm still receiving emails, to please give them another address. WTH? Here is some of the email trail:
"Dear customer We are worried if there is no one signed for delivery when it comes to you. So we do not resend in this case. Do you accept? We can ship the parcel out if so. "
"No. Please cancel the order."
"Dear customer We will charge you 20% out of your total if you insist to cancel. The refund will take 4-8 weeks. Please reconsider to keep your order."
"If you charge me 20% penalty on an item I don't have yet, I'll be giving you a negative review online and I don't appreciate being threatened."
"Dear customer We have to charge you 20% of the total amount for your order if you insist on canceling it, as the payment platform requires. And the refund will take 4-8 weeks. But the delivery time will take 7-10 days. Could you keep your order?"
"I cancelled the order right after you let me know you don't deliver to a PO Box. I'll wait a few weeks to receive my refund on the item. That is fine. The only time I want to hear from you again is to let me know my refund has been sent. Thank you for your time."
"Dear customer The refund platform has a little error, we couldn't make sure that what time you will receive your refund. But if you provide another shipping address in order to you can receive your order in time, we will ship out your order as soon as possible. Thank"
