I hired Charles Winters in 2014 to help secure my computers... since then I my computers and printers are always hacked and I lose control over them any research, jobs company ideas I may have he steals. I spend my life trying to secure my identity and run from being stalked again and again. I move change phone numbers computers everything. My reputation is ruined, false information shows up in places, I cannot have friends, a job money nothing. He copied and uses all my identification, and accesses my life.
He gets off on destroying peoples lives. Charles is homeless in Hollywood lives on the street near Starbucks where he uses their wifi or anyone else's he hacks into. Why and how he is not incarcerated I do not know.
Heavy drug user, bad news and very very dangerous!
