“5-9 business days delivery, as if”

I got an automated email upon purchasing a phone case. They'd let me know me know when my order was shipped. Days went by so I contacted them and asked why my order hasn't been shipped. Suddenly I receive an email saying order is shipped. Where is my phone case, 5-9 business days is a load of rubbish. Typical Chinese company
