Met with a "designer" in April 2023, who made suggestions that in a couple of cases had to be revamped. We had to pay in full up front to be scheduled for installation. Took them weeks (NOT 3 days) to show up. Installer has been great, though we now know him personally as he has been to our home SEVEN (with at least one more visit, maybe more) times. The company has sent blinds that don't fit the dimensions of our windows multiple times now, motors that don't fully raise and/or lower at least two of the blinds, and have sent blinds that should move from top down as well as from bottom up in only one of those directions. Brackets have been missing and controllers not included. And, by the way, we purchased black out blinds. But, guess what? Their controllers don't light up! I received a phone call today from a customer service representative who didn't understand the specs of all our windows. She asked if we want the blind that was taken away (we've had multiple taken back) brought back to be installed. She has confused two different windows, which at this point is easy because there are soooo many reports through which to sift. And she called on a Friday at 3:30pm. When I called back, she was on another line and I was told she would return my call when she was done. I knew that to mean next weekâor never! Getting this company and their representatives to respond has been mostly fruitless. And no one, and I mean NO ONE, has given customer service that has been helpful other than our installer. BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudsters, grifters, and only want to take your money.
