3D Miniature

These guys are fake. They have taken money and never delivered the product. I have chasing this guys for more than two months, but they have some story or another.

I ordered a couple miniature from them and paid 6000 rs in advance. After placing the order there is no communication. Numbers given by them did not work. I tried to contact them on the number given on the website for placing orders. It has been about a month with no progress. After writing a message on that number multiple times they have sent a picture of miniature( without paint) which doesn't look anything close to the picture according to which miniature was supposed to be made. Do not have any hope left with these people. DO NOT waste your money and save yourself from the pain of feeling cheated.

These people won't even reply to our messages after paying full amount. I ordered in February but till today I didn't receive my order. And don't even know when will it deliver also. There is no response and no one will lift your call or reply to your messages. Very very very worst service and these people will torture us mentally by not responding properly

They will just fool you by saying printing is in process or some other stuff. But they won't send you the product. Dont fall in their trap.if there was option I would have given them star in negative.

After they save your number they wont pick your calls. They reply in whatsapp by saying text us. And if you text them they wont see those messages and reply back. These are just fraud. And the ones who are giving them best reviews are theid own people. Dont fall for this trap. I and many like me have fallen for this trap and lost our money. Do not buy from hefe.

I can't believe I didn't see the reviews before placing my order. They were so quick to reply to my queries before I placed the order but as soon as the payment went through, they stopped responding. None of the numbers are reachable by phone! And they don't reply on WhatsApp. It's a torturous experience truly, especially for a gifting website wow!

First of why the police didn't take action on them.First they ask us to send money.after they won't give product to us. That's all everything over.they got us everything thing from us.and loot money.they send miniatures to us believe.

Don't get trapped. Lot of cases available on internet for this on complaints websites and and there modus operandi is same. Do your own research before buying anything from them.

I ordered the product after confirmation of ON time delivery, but their promises are totally fake.
I ordered it, to gift someone on their special day, but unfortunately they ruined everything 😞
I ordered it on 2nd April and delivery date was by 15th April.
And now today is 23rd April, I didn't received any product yet.
When they want money, they reply fast.
After full payment, they don't even reply or pick the calls. Even if they reply, the way is not good and they keep on lying.
You will get frustrated of not responding well and hence frustrated.

No ON time delivery.

I have order 3d miniature 2 April 2022 from the site itself and they just promised to deliver within 20days. First two weeks there was no reply form them every time I asked they only replied in process but after then they said me to pay rest money and I send full money and they said designs are ready only printing is left but its more than 4 Months they are not replying to any of the message.
Then sudden they told me we deliver your product and they never send me final picture finally 20 August 2022 I receive the damage product and is totally worst I attached images and video

This product is damage that's why they never send me final picture because they already knew about that

It was already damage in production time they tried to fix it but it didn't work
You can see it by your own eyes that the paint was on shocker after the damage
They guys have already harassed me mentally
I want my full refund ASAP

If this company was in my city then it would have been different case, they are real cheaters this aman will soon loose everything becoz of cheating others, don't play with human emotions Aman...

I have ordered them on 29 Jan…. And from that time they were just saying design is in process and now they are not picking my fone and stop replying my msgs

Best of luck guys for your future projects and i am also looking for new miniatures for my famlily. They just need to improve the delivery time.

They took advance from me and stopped replying. They are professional criminals and are not afraid of any police complaints.

Many times called and messages but they're not responding of my calls and messages after payment done. I think it's fake.

Dont give money they asked for half but still i paid 1500 they dont reply on message or calls
