“Terrible business practices”

On 8/17/21 I ordered four counter stools from this company. I received one of the stools on 8/26 after going back and forth with a third-party delivery company they use because they didn't deliver as promised. I opened the box to assemble it and noticed to dents in the chrome base. I let the company know. I continued to assemble the product as I wanted to ensure it was solid and what had been advertised, but I could not assemble it because there was an immovable metal bar preventing me from putting the rod into the base to attach the seat of the stool into the base. Again, I called the company. Without saying much further, we have been back and forth. At one point they offered me $100 off the keep the stools. I had to again explain the defective nature and that I wanted to return them and canceled two chairs I ordered with them. Unfortunately, they have their product but I'm out over $3,000 as they have yet to refund me my funds. I could say so much more about this company, but I'll withhold for now. Just save yourself the difficulty I've had with them and go elsewhere.
