I live in a complex and neglected to ad my unit # Contacted customer service and it was already at shipper! They were able to get it pulled and properly addressed-and it arrived on time even though they said it would ship a day late Thanks for the extra effort Zoro The internet + your help made my day

Ordered bifold doors site said in stock. Then received notice they are in stock and shipping in two days. Then received notice that not in stock. So I cancelled. Five days later I get notice that they are shipping. I call and even though they have not been picked up they can't cancel the order. Unbelievable! Very friendly customer service but useless. DO NOT BUY FROM ZORO!'

I have used them before, but to get the best prices you have to be willing to wait a month or two to get your items. They won't Tell you their backorder unless you ask. When you call they say "If it on the website we have it in stock." They'll even send you a FedEx tracking number, but it says still waiting for the order from shipper for like 3-6 weeks. If you order something really obscure that no one else would ever order you might get it in a week. If your ordering a popular item, just be prepared to wait.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait for items. Many items are not in stock or are ordered from 3rd party vendors not related to Zoro.com.

While applying for a net 30 account I was told that my account was approved and made a order> Then i received a call from Andrea telling me that my account was not approved. I asked her if she could send out a letter of explanation so that I could see why I was not qualified, I then told her that I have over 10 trade lines on my buisness account and good credit so I was curious of why? She got very upset and told me she spoke with me before as if I was lying about something! I said maam I just got referred to your company and you have never spoke with me. She then got very upset and rude. I then told her i was glad i wasn't doing buisness with this company because she was beyond rude. Quill and my other companies will reap the rewards of my money!

Business History

Zoro.com launched in May 2011 with about 20 employees and a much smaller assortment of around 180,000 items. With each new order that came in, everybody on the team pitched in to get shipments out the door and delight our early customers.

In 2014, we officially changed our name from Zoro Tools to Zoro—reflecting our focus on all kinds of business supplies and products. Over the next few years, we continued to expand, growing rapidly and investing in the business with a much bigger team and a greater selection of products. By 2016, we had reached a major milestone—1 million unique products live on our site!
