No customer service - defective zippers
February 25, 2019
I purchased a Zoot jacket and within a short time the zippers failed on both side pockets. I have written customer service twice and left for phone messages several months ago and have not received any sort of response. It is a great jacket for running but is not useful if I cannot zip my keys into the pocket.

Terrible return policy

Careful buying for Zoot. I recently purchased a Tri suit and when it arrived it didnt quite fit as per their sizing charts.
I contacted them to swap it and they would not replace, return or refund. They claim their 'policy' states that once tried on its deem worn!
Now I'm stuck with a $350 tri suit that doesn't fit.
