I was going to try a month free to check if it was what I want it, but in the chat the man who spoke with me made me an upgrade for 1 day in order to be able to watch ITV and BBC programmes, but when that day of premiun ended, I had no more the rest of the month free I was going to test, so very dissapointed at that
I’m confused you’re not happy that you’ve been given 1 full premium subscription for 48 hours as a test trial? A free plan is very limited and you would not have been able to test streaming services on it.

On my second month with this. The regular free VPN only gives you limited gigabytes, which ran out in 2 days. Had to purchase it if I really wanted to use it. There are various deals. The more months you add, the cheaper the price per month is. I opted for 1 month at $6.99. To be honest there weren't a lot of other options on my Amazon Firestick. This one seemed the easiest to set up for me, but I am new to this. You get many options to choose from when it comes to area. No idea which one is best. I basically shown what was close to me. Seems to be working fine and I haven't been knocked off its system far as I can tell.
I think the customer care team are very quick in replying to any query and the speeds have been very fast and I am satisfied with the service I have received since I have signed up to 5he se4vuce.

Even when the UK TV broadcasters change their IP tests', to see where you are located, they respond quickly with an email request to "replenished the pool of IPs please".
The process to renew was very easy. Have very few issues using ZoogVPN. If there are any issues they are usually fixed quickly.
Fast connectivity. Good Android and Windows apps. However would be great if commonly used browser extension are also provided.
Wanted this for my Firestick so I can get UK catch-up when not in the UK. It works well. So far so good.
