I wish I'd seen this review site before I made my purchase on ZOGOMOM. I, too, was scammed. Nowhere on the site did it mention that the book I'd receive would be on a PDF! This is apparently intentional and they should be reported to the FTC and shut down. This is FRAUD.

Order book. Guess it was an e-book even though that was never stated. Will never order from this site again. Need to state on cite what is being ordered!

I paid for my book it said nowhere It was a ebook at all I checked and double checked! Then contacted them telling them i would like a refund. They sent a link again for the book... So disappointed

Went to purchase a book from this website. No where did they indicate it was an electronic copy. They even requested my address for delivery upon check out. After completing the purchase, I receive and email that my electronic version of the book I purchased is ready for download. I contact the company requesting that they refund me, and deactivate the download link, as I have still not opened it. They refuse to do so. They are falsely advertising their products, and their customer service was uncooperative. Do not purchase books from this website.

Too food to be true? The book's price and free shipping advertised were exactly that.
I'd suggest reading between the lines, but there's no warning there.
You are mislead and are not ordering the printed book, but an electronic copy.
Of that's what you want, ok; if not, try to secure a refund. I'll see if they respond with an order cancellation...but I'm not holding my breath.

I bought an illustrated book from them advertised as a hardcover. I get it sent to me as an ebook download. I did not download and contacted them. They refused to refund my money. Do not buy from these rip off artists!

Your are paying for a download version of the book, not an actual book. This needs to be made clear to potential customers.

It says you're ordering a physical book with free shipping. The book never came. I emailed and they said I ordered a digital book. I did not and the site never mentioned digital. They refused a refund. Fraud!,

I should have read the reviews on this website but had only checked to see if it was legitimate. I too had purchased a digital book unknowingly. I had read free shipping and no where on what I had chosen said it was a digital book. I contacted Customer Service to check on the status of my purchase because the website said shipping would be send within 48 hours. I received a response that I had purchased a digital book. I asked for a refund or merchandise credit to be applied since there was no indication on the purchase it was a digital book. I have heard crickets... do not use this website

I thought this was going to be a real book. The ad didn't state it was a digital copy. Order confirmation did not state it was a digital copy. No link to a "download" was provided. Company refused to refund. From the looks of things here, I'm not the only one being scammed by these people.

I order a book from Zogomom and fully expected to receive an ACTUAL book. Nowhere on their website do they say that they sell only DIGITAL copies of books. If they had made that clear (either on the description page of the book, or on the check out page) I wouldn't have purchase the book!. I don't want a digital copy. For my needs I cannot use a digital copy. I asked for a refund and they refused- saying that a digital copy is "final sale". What a scam! What a fraudulent business. I now see lots of poor ratings and other customers complaining of the exact same thing that happened to me. Somehow they still seem to be getting away with this false advertising. What a bad business!

They advertised a hardcover cookbook, which I purchased under the impression that I would receive an actual book. When I followed up to get shipping information, they informed me that the item was actually digital and that they would not refund me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

No where on the site does it say you are buying electronic and they refuse to give a refund. My receipt even says "paperback"

You are let to believe you are receiving an actual hardcover book with free shipping nowhere does it indicate that it is only an electronic download. If you want a real book STAY AWAY from Zogomom!

Ordered book according to the site, entered all information, when transaction was complete they sent an email with download link. Very deceptive practice. I will never order from this site again. There was no mention of a download only vs receiving a book. Look up the order. Disgusted. You should issue a refund for your deceptive practices. Steer clear of this site.
