@zoelevjewelry BUYER beware. This place is a joke. I bought a necklace for wife for Christmas and we she wore it, it was faulty and she was unable to wear it. I sent an email the day after she opened it and didn't get any reply. I did finally talk with someone after an calling there "customer service line," and they said that it was outside of the return window, that stuff needs to be returned in 9-10 days, but how am I suppose to buy something on Black Friday as a Christmas gift and then not be able to return, unless I give it to my wife three weeks before Christmas to make sure we meet Zoe Lev's return policy guideline. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Look at the BBB reviews.
