I made 2 large orders of vape supplies in the same day and spent well over $350 with them. What I ended up receiving was only ONE package with miscellaneous products that I never ordered! I never received the 2nd shipment. Their customer service is terrible and has done nothing to make this right, even after I sent them a picture of the contents of the first package. I never signed for the first delivery and proved that. I've sent over 10 emails to them and they're just ignoring me! I've never had an issue like this with any other e-tobbaco store!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! You'll be throwing your hard earned money away!!! They can't deliver and they lie about delivery!!

I had to go to another trusted vendor but wasn't able to get the same products. Everyone else was sold out. I'm thinking that ZIPSTOCK never had the inventory to begin with!!

Nothing no communication and no refund. What a rip off!

Go to a site where they actually have a phone number and read reviews out side of just their website.
Products used:
It says you can get a full refund minus restocking fee, but I have not received one penny.
