Sent me the wrong thing returned in upopended boxes exactly how I was instructed. Now
Nothing no communication and no refund. What a rip off!
I made 2 large orders of vape supplies in the same day and spent well over $350 with them. What I ended up receiving was only ONE package with miscellaneous products that I never ordered! I never received the 2nd shipment.
Their customer service is terrible and has done nothing to make this right, even after I sent them a picture of the contents of the first package.
I never signed for the first delivery and proved that.
I've sent over 10 emails to them and they're just ignoring me! I've never had an issue like this with any other e-tobbaco store!
