My personality job recruiter, only sent me jobs that I'd be interested in, making my job search so much easier.
We ran an add with ZipRecruiter and cancelled the add before the 30 days was up because to of the horrible candidates we were getting. However, unless you delete your existing account, they will keep charging you a monthly fee. This was an account that I had with them prior to posting an employment add this go around. SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, DUE TO IT'S LACK OF ETHICS AND INTEGRITY. This is NOT how a company should do business. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I truly believe that this company uses A.I. And just out to take your money.

Excellent service and tools. Once I updated my resume I got no less than five views and offers to apply, when I finally took my offer I had three others waiting for my acceptance. I'm very pleased.
I chatted with a wonderful representative named Angeliqua today. I contacted ZipRecruiter to inquire about the Invite Policy. I needed to know how many invites I can send per day. Not only did she provide that information, but she gave me some really good tips on how I can make our job postings available to a larger audience. I really did appreciate her being pleasant and patient with me while I was asking all of my questions. Thank you Angeliqua!
As usual ZipRecruiter doesn't disappoint.
Just got off the phone with Stacia M. Not only did she provide great suggestions for how to automate the hiring process, but she looked out for my best interest with survey guidelines and went out of her way to suggest awesome alternative solutions.
Then she listened to me vent for 20 minutes and encouraged it.
If the World was more like Stacia, it would be a better place.
I was frustrated with my account access and couldn't get it to cooperate no matter how I tried, so I called customer service and Katie Barlow talked me "down off the roof." Not only did she fix my issue, but also looked at my dashboard to see other areas where she could help and showed me how to fix my postings so they would get more responses. She was SUPER helpful. I find ziprecruiter a valuable tool for my HR job, and knowing their customer service reps are this helpful is just icing on the cake.
Spoke with Sarah D this afternoon to ask if it was ok to post similar ads for different locations without it being flagged as spam. Not only did she answer my question, but she provided me with a quick tip on how to copy information from one ad to the next quickly using the Duplicate function! She truly provided EXCELLENT Customer Service! You're the BEST, Sarah!
We found a great candidate through Zip Recruiter and I thought I had cancelled the monthly auto renew. When the charge for February came through I called immediately and spoke with Tanya O'Toole who nicely refunded my credit card and also informed me how I could stay active and still view the resume database for only $30/mo. She made it a much easier and pleasant process than I expected!
I had a very pointed question and Robi was able to assist me from start to end in less than one minute. Thank you for your help and for helping so quickly.
Katie assisted me when I chatted in today with a technical question on applying boosts on the website.
She was able to quickly answer my question, and in addition she provided several additional resources.
Didn't think I would need to look for another job so quick. Had my account closed in August. They got my account back open so I still has all the references there
Erika was so helpful, she stuck with me and fixed my issues. She had a great attitude and made the whole transaction so easy. I wish she lived closer so I could convince her to come work for me!

I had an issue with my password, so I did a live chat. Shawana was the person that assisted me. She was able to get my password reset. She was very pleasant through the entire chat and advised me when she sent an e-mail with the password reset. I appreciate her assistance!
I've had a trying day so reaching Nicole turned it around. She is pleasant, has an incredible phone bedside manner and was quick in helping to help me navigate your site and understand the process. I'm sure she not only creates business for Zip, but keeps customers coming back as well.
