I purchased a Genshin Impact reroll account on ZeusX. I was told that the password could be changed after playing regularly, but I was not clearly informed that until then, the account could still be accessed by someone with prior login information.Sixteen days after purchase, while I still could not change the password, the account showed login activity from devices that are not mine. During this period, saved in-game resources were used, the birthday was set, and account information was changed. I contacted support and provided evidence, but I was informed that refunds and compensation are not available. I am leaving this review so other buyers understand the risks when an account cannot be secured immediately after purchase.
