I really liked the phone case, I would recommend it. I had to travel and needed my order quickly and the customer service team were extremely helpful. Only thing about the product is that I bought the white one which does get dirty easily, otherwise very happy with it :)

I presume spending 4000 rupees i will get standard product. But airpod battery last less than half an hour. Moreover even it doesn't cover even 10 mtrs range
Battery level and connectivity issues very disappointed-(Battery levels different At the same)
And sometimes Connectivity with the drops and delegates Tata medical
Been using this product (iPhone 7 OG Silicone Case) for a while. It's a great product very close to the original silicon case sold at the Apple store. Even the packing is similar to the original one. It's the best quality out there in the market and in my opinion exactly the same as the original one. I will definitely recommend this product & website

I did raise a complaint regarding the defective case and I was told that they have issued a replacement.
I have received the replacement case even though it's not of the same colour what I had initially ordered.
I hope they check each item before they ship, this will save a lot of headache.
Great customer service though.

I received the product which had visible defects.
The product appears used.
Moreover when I placed my phone inside the cover the side buttons didn't work.
I had Whatsapped the pics of the same after receiving the package. I got a message that the replacement will be initiated but have received no email or further information regarding the same
The quality of the product is as good as shown in the website. The fit of the product could've been a little better but overall it is an extraordinary product and it's worth it.

We informed all our customers Ordering between March thru June 2020 about no dispatches happening because of Lockdowns due to COVID 19 issue... Also after commencing dispatches post lockdown, we also informed all customers that we will prioritize dispatches to Prepaid customers ( who have paid upfront and waiting for over 2 months) and then send out dispatches to COD customers. Also, We sent out messages & emails to our COD customers asking them whether they still needed our products since COD orders were pending over 2 months too.
You being a COD Customer, would also have got messages on your Phone / email. We understand your frustration on not getting your order, but please understand (yours being a Cash on Delivery order) if you do not respond about whether you require it or not, we cannot send it out.

Duplicate item. My charger is not a original xiomi charger. It's duplicate. Totally fraud website. Don't purchase by this site. Services are very poor. Late delivery and no reminders call. No proper product specifications on website. It's packaging is also local. It is not in xiomi original packing.
