I did raise a complaint regarding the defective case and I was told that they have issued a replacement.
I have received the replacement case even though it's not of the same colour what I had initially ordered.
I hope they check each item before they ship, this will save a lot of headache.
Great customer service though.
I might be a return customer.

I received the product which had visible defects.
The product appears used.
Moreover when I placed my phone inside the cover the side buttons didn't work.
I had Whatsapped the pics of the same after receiving the package. I got a message that the replacement will be initiated but have received no email or further information regarding the same
