First Ordered sidesteps for my jeep. The delivery was sent to the wrong address as confirmed by FedEx. YITAMOTOR says there is nothing they can do and I have lost my $300. Second, a reoccurring change for this amount has showed up on my bank statement from them that I now have to dispute. There needs to be a lawsuit against this company!

Recently I purchased a set of headlight assemblies for my vehicle. The were advertised as a direct fit, no modifications needed. This was not the case so I requested to return the item. I was asked to provide pictures of the item to make sure it had not been installed. Additionally, they wanted to ensure it was repackaged properly so I sent pictures again. I was asked twice to accept 10, then 30 dollars to keep the item. I told them it didn't fit each time and declined the offer since the part does not fit. Finally, I called and spoke with someone who said I would be sent a return label, however they would deduct 11 dollars from my refund which I agreed to (restocking fee?). Have not heard from them again and they now are not responding to emails... I do not know how to upload and email. Order M*******

I BOUGH A FRONT END CONTROL ARM KIT FOR A 2005 GMC SIERRA, after installing the lower control arms, the right side was jammed with the knuckle and the outer tip of the lower control arm. Next to lower tie rod, I order this about a month ago and because of a very busy schedule, I finally got to work on the truck after a month. I got them for a 2004 GMC Sierra, 1500, 4X4. The knuckle would not turn because there was no clearance. The arm is about 1/8 or more, longer than the original one. Another bad thing is that, the grease nipple is located right at the center of the lower tie rod, on the upper position, and to be able to grease the joint, the axle has to be removed for access. I had to grind the outer tip of the right lower control arm, about 1/8 of and inch to be able to make work, in the process of removing the part for the second time, the grease boot for the lower tie rod, got damaged and the grease spilled.

I tried calling the Yita company and a recording answered, the 4 times I called, and a message answered " WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW, PLEASE CALL BACK SOME TIME" WHAT EVER THAT MEANS.

In March 2023. I ordered a set of running boards for my tacoma. What I received was a box which contained one (1) running board and nothing else. I've been calling every day since it arrived, it's now April and still I hear "sorry we missed your phone call". Does this place only have one person to watch and listen to the phone ringing? Spent $176.00 and I'm stuck with one unusable running board. Folks, save your time, money and aggravation. Shop elsewhere.

It was very hard to find this part for my husbands car. We had to order another piece to make it a complete set as no one seems to sell them together which was a pain. Very decent price. If you get it repair in the shop it guaranteed to cost at least 1k or more. I called shops around and some said they could even get the part. Im glad I was able to find it on yitamotor.

I installed these mirrors on my 2005 Ford F350 as of the date of this review. I will update my review should I run into any issues down the road with the mirrors.

With that said I am very happy I made this purchase. The packaging, the fit of the mirrors, the finish of the mirrors, and the function of the mirrors were perfect.

I lamented for days in regards to which manufacturer of these mirrors to go with and so far I am glad I went with the Yitamotor brand. These mirrors fit as well as the original 2005 model OEMs.

As far as the glass of the mirrors is considered I see no difference in quality versus my original OEM mirrors.

The function of the mirrors is also flawless. I do not hear any extra or weird wind noise from these mirrors either.

The biggest piece of advice I would give to anyone buying and installing these mirrors is to take your time, make sure the gaskets are on correctly, and when tightening the nuts, tighten them like you do when you tighten the lug nuts on a car or truck. Other than that its a pretty straight forward install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help with that as well.

I bought these and had them deliver in days really quick delivery for free shipping, got them well packaged and were easy to install no problems once so ever I loved them and look mean and amazing pure white light makes LED look Brighter not disappointed!

I have a brand new 2020 Chevy silverado 1500 crew cab I was looking for running boards. Chevy wanted $800 and multiple otheR companies wanted anywhere from $400-$600. I was hesitant to buy these as they were so cheap but it might be the best purchase of my life. These look exactly the same and work flawlessly. Very sturdy. Took me an hour to put on. It is not hard to put on just takes some time. Everything lined up correctly with the parts supplied.

I have a 2016 jku. This was the perfect mod. I had someone pull me over just to ask about my Jeep. I was nervous seeing that there were no instructions. It was basically plug and play. I installed aftermarket led fogs...no wire extension needed. You will need a fairlead and license plate brackets. I wish Id known that sooner. Everything else was easy peasy. Im a hairdresser...if I can do it You can install it too. You wont be disappointed.

I was sent the wrong car mats and paid over a hundred dollars for them. Have tried to contact them multiple times and they will not get back to me :( I just threw away a 120 away :(

Got some fogged-over headlights in my Second Gen Dodge Ram, Dodge Ram Sport (mine) has 2 headlight bulbs and one corner light per side. Total 3 bulbs per light. Base model (non Sport) lights were single bulbs and corner lights. With 2 lights per side. Dual bulb headlights were an option. It's a 2-into-1 merge adapter to convert it from 2 bulbs to 1 bulb. I purchased that so the new light housings will work on my truck.

Have purchased many things from Yitamitor for years now, very good quality products. I would recommend to anyone to buy yita products. 10/10 reccomend

These were easy to install. They are of great quality. They instructions are easy to follow. I enjoy using these.

They put out great light. Easy to install and there budget friendly. Only draw back is moisture behind the lense after a few months.

I love my YitaMotor Tri-fold tonneau cover for my 2021+ Ford F150. It is easy to install and remove as needed, looks great, and is a quality item at a great price!
