I placed an order in May 2020, then I got a completion email two weeks later. It has now been 42 days since the completion of order email. After 9 emails with no reply and constantly checking their website. I have been advised to file for fraud at my bank and my states district attorney because of the fraud of masks during a pandemic. They have now added a number to their website which is a cab company in Detroit. And they have changed their companies address from California to Detroit. Don't let them get away with taking not only your money or others. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered masks and got them in about three weeks. They are made so poorly we cannot use them. The material is slippery and hot. I have tried to contact them four times with no response. Do not order from this company.
Ordered a mask in late May. USPS tracking says it was delivered. It was never delivered. Contacted them by email multiple times with no response. Now site is down. I will try filing claim through USPS but purchase was below limit to file claim with credit card company.
The site is false advertisement. They use a number of websites to confuse you with the same photo of a store with different names. I ordered a designer mask and received something that doesn't looks even close to it.
Purchased a shirt on Dec. 6. It's now the 18th. Order says still in processing. Emailed customer support and they said, in broken English, that tracking would start in 1-2 days. That was 3 days ago. Just another internet scam!
These people are thieves! I ordered 2 FIU (Florida International University) masks back in June and never received them. I emailed the company over 3 times already and have gotten no response and no money back. They immediately charged my credit card in June of course. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered the street vibe shoes. The soles are extremely stiff, so they are so uncomfortable they're unwearable. Since the soles are that stiff, they should state it before anyone buys them. I asked for a refund & they just said, yes the soles are stiff. Period. No other response to my messages asking for some sort of return & refund, & their phone number does not work! So with shipping, I've just lost $92!
I ordered a mask from Yeyvibe and waited for 5 weeks to receive it. By then I no longer needed it so Yeyvibe told me to return it and they would refund my money. I sent it back without opening it a month ago, and never received my refund Do not trust this company!

This company was created during the COVID PANDEMIC FOR ONE PURPOSE - TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY DURING A HEALTH CRISIS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I, personally am seeking charges for wire fraud and theft. I would encourage others to contact your state's Attorney General and report this Website.
My order was on hold because of artwork issues. Customer service worked with me finalize the artwork. I just love the shirt and very pleased with Yeyvibe customer support. Highly recommend.
