THE RESPONSE THAT WAS POSTED UNDER MY POST IS A LIE MY CAR IS TILL BROKEN THE SPEAKERS THEY INSTALLED THAT DAY HAVE WENT OUT WITH THE ALARM THEY INSTALLED WHICH I GOT IN NOVEMBER HAS WENT OUT AFTWR THEY WENT BACK K IN MY DASH FOR THE THIRD TIME MY SCREEN IS NOW TRIPPING THINKS ITS A SRT THE DYNAMAT INSTALLATION IS STILL NOT INSTALLED ITS SITTING IN MY FIN THING FROM FEBUARY 12TH 2024 I PAID $612 AN 900 FOR THE ALARMAND NON IS WORKING THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO THEY CUSTOMERS I REACH OUT TO THEM THEY IGNORE ME MY CAR IS NOW VULNERABLE IVE ASKED NUMEROUS TINES FOR THEM TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY CAR OR FIX IT AND THEY WONT THEY ARE DISHONEST I PAID ALOT TGIS CAR AND THEY DESTROYED OF MONEY FOR NOW I HA E TO LEAVE MY TRUNK OPEN EVRY NIGHT OR DAY THIS FUSTRATEING FIR ME AND IM TIRED OF THIS SGIT I LOST $1600 THEY WANNA SWEEP THIS UNDER THE RUG BECASUE AND UNIMPORTANT IM SUFFERING THIS IS ALL TRUE I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE I DONT KNOW THESE PEOPLE you lie you only sent me a video of my car going only going through the gate for two seconds and thats it lies the light wont go off still they short curcuited sonething and expect me to pay for it when my car was good im being honest Do not go to West coast shop on arden they got me I had just got my amp installed by a mobile tech he goes to your house and installed music amps everything he installed my amp it sounded fabulous only thing was the trunk was rattleing and my car speakers sounded very low so all you heard was bass and low music so I went to them the manager Jaya was very nice he suggested I get two speakers in the front and that I get dynamat I'm the trunk area and the license plate and I would need a bass knob to control trol the bass causue I came up on a jl audio 1500/1 p and I got some foscgate 15" two woofers and I needed the chirp on my alarm turned off I was in that shop for 5 1/2 hours for two speakers a bass knob which you put two screws that already there the dynamat was out under my trunk fin not in the trunk the car was rattling so vad still they took my screws out of my trunk fin they couldn't fix the dynamat told me they order the screws that was in Feb 9th 2024 its now March 7th 2024 the dynamat nor the screws were fixes or replaced than to topnthat off I get home tired wake up the next day I noticed the amp I had just paid to get installed was for some reason unscrewed from the back of my seat where it was mounted at the ampnwas half iff the seT and in the trunk unmounted which I keep asking why did they touch my amp I didn't asks for this service now the amp that's in my car is faulty the bass qent off by itself Than comes back in when I had no problems with it all i asked the manager numerous jokes why did tall removes ny amos or touch it now uts nit working I and just got it I feel they switched my amp at this shop they had no reasons to be even touching it let along unmounting it for what than my dash gauge lights wont turn off they did something in the dash when they installed my two front speaker than I find out all my car speakers were disconnected for what? I jusy got thise installed in November 2023 they told me they didn't do it when none is I. This car but me he said when I drove up he didn't hear no music soo guess I was driving around only listening to bass when I heard music to than with that my trunk latch got broken to now my trunk don't shut like it was so I ahe the gauge light wont turn off I feel they messed up something in my dash my trunk is messed up they unplugged my car speakers probably to get me to buy new ones Because I'm a female my new amp is damged and the told me it' not on them its on me i paid 12,000 for this car and they nit fixing it when I drive my car everyday amd there wasn't anything wring with my car on god this is bad custoner servive and they wont give me copperate number i asked 10 times becareful at this shop looking at court action soon

I wrote reviews of Squidders Bait and Tackle, Squidders Supply Store and Squidders Overnight lodge, and posted them on YP's site. I have some serious issues with the service I received at that business as a brief regular customer there, so of course the posts were critical... 100% honest and accurate, but quite critical.
The first review posted fine, and remained online for several days. It was the only review that Squidders had on YP at the time. Then the owners of the business found it, disputed it, and somehow got it removed. They unsuccessfully tried to do the same thing on other sites, on the same day.
I sent a message to YP support to inquire about my review. They never replied. I tried posting another review, describing some of my other experiences. That one never showed up online, at all. Squidders' online YP page now says that there are no reviews yet for that business.
I'll try to post one of the reviews below to give an example of what they removed. I'll also try to post a couple of screenshots. My take-away from this though, is that the The Real Yellow Pages online customer reviews are fixed... a scam. If businesses can have negative, but accurate and honest customer reviews about them removed there, then YP's reviews have zero credibility, and therefore zero value.

In the short time that I was a regular there, I witnessed all of the above, along with so much, much more, but there's simply not enough room to recount it all... or even most of it.
On a trypical day however, it's mainly just musty old women, along with a few of their ever obedient male orbiters, all sitting around chain-smoking while getting drunk and telling lies about their neighbors behind their backs."
I used to always suggest YP. COM as the go to place for starting businesses but now am sad to find out they are no longer what they used to be so many years ago.Aparently they have been acquired by a larger corporation who has strayed from YP.COM s model for success.Which was a straightforward offer for a simple product and listing on thier platform. For $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 a year you would be listed on thier mainframe as a local business which would cross link through a rudimentary SEO package of keyword landing pages that would act as a funnel for web traffic. I had a quick conversation with one rep he sold me on the package,he took some general information and sold me on traffic increase a few months out.asked me questions about what i offered.Made a basic page with information i provided,set up everything for me in one day,wrote me a bill and next day my account was Clive and pinging online traffic.
Fast forward to now.That package is no longer available and had gone up over %300% in cost the package i was offered for basic up listing was almost $350.00 a month with no offfered SEO.
The SEO i was offered and i add instead of iPhone listing I originally asked for in first place and was bait switched with was more expensive from $200.00 to $500.00 a month.
I called for a phone listing i still haven't been given even though I asked repeatedly for it so far for 6 emails in from the parent company web designing rep ( not even a YP operator when i call,they keep referring me to this thryve company rep") he still hasn't asked me firmly if I wish to go ahead and get a basic phone page with YP.com? I would've hard sold me on that first thing to start to get money from me so in that respect i dont understand his lack of closure on that simply because i expressed to him it's what I wanted to start off with in the first place.
I will continue the conversation out of morbid curiousity to see what happens.
I dont get the 300 % markup for a simple phone listing?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? They could offer it at a much more reasonable price point!
I honestly think sadly I will be done with doing business with YP.COM sorry to say because what's they used to offer worked so welll and i miss it,i feel like they have it and just are holding back until they try to hard sell the $#*! out of me which only serves to stress me out.If i find out that is the case then i will not only never do business with them but will then actively make it a personal mission to make sure the world knows what they do! I hope I'm wrong,it's just from my experience with companies like this its what they do.
I was on the phone literally complaining about being foisted on Thryve offices instead of being sold by YP.COM for their listed product.Their own web page says in stylish font " THE REAL YELLOW PAGES " and no where on page says THRYVE PARENT COMAPANY OR SUBSIDUARY OF THRYVE?!?!?!?!
I was on the phone and was literally begging,and telling them i was literally begging for them to sell me a product and the YP.COM people said they could not sell me anything and they would send me to thryve again!
I believe YP.COM acquisition will result in their liquidation by the sounds of it soon it wont exist they list to sell you a listing they do not sell any longer.
I should right now have a live phone listing and they should have taken my money i was begging to give to them!

GOD is my witness, (3) Months went past waiting for them to do replacement of my basement restroom ceiling tile. Small washroom ceiling about 5'x5'. Understanding that things may have gotten a bit busy I called Tony after (3) Months to ask why no one had reached out to me regarding the remodel. At that time during our conversation, Tony provided a price verbally on the phone, which was way over-priced, but I agreed (No written estimate was received yet) and I told Tony "Let's do it", therefore waiting for the written estimate. Tony was the one who looked at the job to price it out in May 2022. I was told by Tony on the phone that they were too busy, but as soon as they could get someone to do this, they would reach out to set up an appointment in a couple of weeks. I asked Tony not to forget about me & Tony PROMISED he would not forget about me this time. I spoke with Mark today, 9/28/22 to advise I had not heard from Tony regarding the remodel. Mark was the nastiest, most hostile person I've spoken to in so long. Mark was very one-sided about me being stood up by Tony with no empathy at all about the situation. No professionalism at all. Very disrespectful telling me Tony wouldn't have made a promise like that to me even though Mark was not involved less long heard what I & Tony's conversation was about. Mark didn't know anything about the remodel or estimate, but he knows exactly what I & Tony's conversation was. GO FIGURE! In other words, as far as I'm concerned, I was a lie to him. When I disputed the fact that Tony did make that promise and Tony was supposed to forward me the estimate Mark decided he wanted to be an A-hole and couldn't engage himself professionally to discuss my concerns, offer any explanations as to what happened to the estimate, neglected to even find out why the estimate wasn't forwarded, speak with someone who may have knowledge of the estimate such as Tony himself or try to rectify the situation and move forward with getting me finally scheduled. Instead, Mark's response was to tell me when I'm ready to listen so he can talk to call him. I was appalled because I have every right to be able to discuss or question erroneous responses, he was providing me. In other words, I should speak when I'm told. I was very pleasant & polite to Mark during our conversation until Mark decided to be extremely dubious with his assumptions of Tony and I conversation and tried to talk over me when in the discussion of the issue. Who is he to make such accusations? He got the wrong one today. Short of telling Mark to stick the job requested & the whole conversation where the Sun doesn't shine, trying to remain professional in my position I politely (without cussing or name calling) let Mark know that I won't be calling him because I don't want their services any longer. I have no idea and no explanation as to why Mr. Plumbing and these 2 unpleasant and despicable human beings would want to treat a prospective customer such as myself for no reason at all the way they did. Do they think I need to spend my money with them? If they're that busy they won't need it anyway, right? Do they know what they have out here for competition? Big 5-Star Companies waiting for that chance to provide professional, competent, skillful, and trustworthy service to any customers, along with excellent Customer Service you write reviews about. Mr. Plumbing got it all twisted. I already got scheduled with a competitor, and I feel I made the better choice. Who wants to hire a Company who don't care about the Customer? I would hate to have them do an unsatisfactory job and call to complain to Customer Service as I experienced today, I wouldn't be surprised if they hung up on me. Since Mark & Tony are not aware, they should never judge a book by the cover. You never know who your prospective Customer may be. Not only am I a grown woman and neither am I Tony's or Mark's child to be spoken to as such, but I'm also a Manager for a Fortune 500 Company that handles Customer issues and if I knew I had employees who would represent my Company in such a manner, those individuals would no longer be employed with me. This Company Mr. Plumbing claims to want to venture out into other directions such as electrical, A/C, etc. but they don't have the manpower to handle its customer demands. No one should have to wait over 3 months for a ceiling tile replacement if you had the employees to do the job. I give credit where credit is due, but this company gets 0 Stars. Be cautious this company is not trustworthy. I did request the admin to speak with owner Bob Smith who was gone for the day. Let's see if he'll respond to my request. It's a small company so you know how that is I'm almost sure he won't respond to my concerns either, he needs the short staff that he has so I don't see him risk losing any of these creeps that will bring his company down by confronting their behavior. I suggest you pay real close attention to the 1,2, & 3 stars reviews this company is receiving from its customers.

"Free ad" offered by yellow pages is only for a purpose of collecting your contact details for further processing (not for your business free local ad, unfortunately)
In August 2021 (over 6 months ago) I have created my acc on Yellow Pages online, as I wanted to take advantage of the offer "Start for free with FREE Ad" advertised there. Before my business details appeared on the yellow pages website I had already a call from yellow pages marketing staff offering me plenty of their marketing offers. I said I'm not interested in those offers at the moment, as I would like to check how effectively yellow pages will work for my new business at the local market first. I was surprised when after 1 month I tried to search my business locally (in my suburb) but my business did not pop up at all on the 1-st, 2nd, and last page. I gave a call to them reporting the issue. They said they were going to fix it soon, but they did not (they ignored it). I gave them a call 1 week later. The guy said he is going to fix the issue. He fixed the issue immediately. My business was appearing on yellow pages (locally) for... 1 week and then disappeared again. I gave them a call again, and again the problem was fixed, and like before after a week or 2 my business disappeared from the yellow page listing again. I'm not an expert in that field, but it looks like their system is set to delete (in 7-14 days' time) any free listings if the client did not book a paid ad, or did not take an "advantage" of their other marketing (quite expensive offers) SHAME ON YOU! Yellow pages that your business strategy is based on bating customers with your (cheating) "Free" offer. SHAME!

My apologies. I was quite confident in making your listing go live again, however as a result of a software issue with our system your Free Listing won't be live again till about a month from now.
You wanted an a explanation as to why the system is not showing your listing. We just recently undergone a system changeover which has affected not only your Free listing, but many other businesses as well. Currently we are trying really hard to resolve not only your issue, but other businesses as well. Once again Apologise for the inconvenience.
