If I could give yellow cab a zero star I would, I have used them years ago with no problem, but just tried to use them to get my neice to the airport for a flight from Tampa. Cab was booked about 7am, for am 11:00am pick up 1110am no cab called about 11:15am, got placed on hold called about three times got the same response each time was trying other cab companies in the meantime with no luck. When I did get through to yellow cab it was about 11:35am I was told that the name was on the list, but that a driver was not assigned yet now the cab was booked for a 11am pick up and it was 11:35am so what 11am were they hoping to assign me to next week what's up with that, happy to say though we got my neice to the airport another way getting there, they never called to say anything very unprofessional and reliable, don't use them unless where you are going is not important or you have time to waste.

Terrible service never have cabs unless you're going to the airport. Several times I had to wait more than an hour than end up canceling my cab because I miss my bus! Smh

This was a horrible experience because of the rude behaviour of taxi cab driver #789 in London Ontario. The behaviour of this cab driver was aggressive and very disrespectiful. I have never encounter such bad behaviour and lack of interpersonal skills. This man was shouting at me in rage because i said i was going to cancel the other cab. He started to scream that he is not going to take me to my destination because i call a back up cab. Keep in mind this company have a reputation of not showing up, so after waiting for this cab over 20 mins, i decided to call another incase they don't show up. Now, when the yellow cab show up much later i told the driver i am going to cancel the back up cab. He start getting angry, and order me to take my bag out of his car, because i called more than one cab. He got insultive, and he was racist. Keep in mind I am a POC and he is Arab. Because of this horrible experience I advice anyone who is in need of a cab to stay away from this company, especially if you are seeking a safe ride home. This cab driver was unnecessarily mean and violent with his words. Be careful, because drivers with this type of personality will leave a vunerable person stranded in freezing temperature. I also, notice a lot of people had given reviews and the professionalism of yellow cab company is lacking in interpersonal skills, as well as good ethnical conducts. Too many drivers with aggressive and bad attitude, and lack of concern for their customers safety, and intake dispatchers are lacking in customer service skills.
