I bought a Yardmax two stage snowblower via Amazon about three years ago. Did not use heavily but it did the job. Now I'm having some wear issues on the axle, wanted to order some parts and Yardmax has disappeared. Customer service phone goes to a voice mail which is always full. They do not return Emails. Too bad as the customer who bought their 600.00 piece of equipment is the big loser

Purchased a Yardmax mower from homedepot.com on March 08,2021. Started using the Gas mower only by May 2021. The moment the mower was out the rear wheel got loose and had to call Yardmax, they suggested me to take to a authorized dealer to fix it and said they would pay. Dropped off got it fixed and got mower back, now on the second mow, the mower started smoking and called yardmax again, they said to drop off the mower they said it will be engine failure, meantime Homedepot return policy was out. Dropped off mower and once it came back, It just stopped working. Sent several emails to yardmax to send the service receipts and guess what they reimbursed only 1 receipt, otehr one they did not. Now yardmax is specifying that they do not have any authorized service center. After 90 days they are asking me to contact homedepot to return the mower as engine failure. Yardmax knew very well that we have to stick with the piece of junk ( as described by the service center). It is total rip off. Have used several other Mower models and the customer service was excellent /follow up. They are offering me to send new engine at my cost. When contacted Homedepot.com, They are giving me the same piece of information that the mower has 2 yr warranty and the agent I spoke lied to me that she called Store/Supervisor and was attempting to help customer. Stay away from yardmax, their customer service is a toatl waste of time /money.
