Yahoo Censors Posts That Does Not Align With Its Pro Trump Support
January 23, 2024

Yahoo currently has a practice of taking articles from previously published sources and putting those articles on its site. Reports indicate that Yahoo does not pay the author or the publication - the original source. I responded to an article, on Yahoo's news site, from Politico, titled "Donald Trump has a big problem ahead". Since Yahoo has banned some of my opinions (with me intentionally omitting any troublesome/questionable words), I decided to post:

""The question of Trump's corruption should be front and center" (The Washington Post, Jan 20,2024);"Trump's Corruption Unbound" (The Atlantic, Dec. 5,2023);"A Grim Chronicle of Trump's Corrupt Public Life" (The Nation, Aug. 15,2023);"Trump's Sinkhole of Sleaze (The Chicago Tribune, Agug. 8,2018);"Trump's fraudulent financial statements were key to getting loans, former bank official says" (PBS, Oct. 11,2023);"Donald Trump's Ghostwriter Tells All: The Art of the Deal" made America see Trump as a charmer with an unfailing knack for business. Tony Schwartz helped create that myth—and regrets it." (The New Yorker, Jul. 18,2016);"How Mark Burnett Resurrected Donald Trump as an Icon of American Success With "The Apprentice" (The New Yorker, Dec. 27,2018);"Trump, MAGA and the insidious underbelly of white supremacy in America" (The Hill, Nov. 28,2023);"Donald Trump's long history of enabling white supremacy, explained" (Vox, Nov. 29,2018);"'He tells me he didn't know': Trump defends Kim Jong Un over death of Otto Warm"Trump Shrugs Off Khashoggi Killing by Ally Saudi Arabia" (The NY Times, Jun. 23,2019);"'He tells me he didn't know': Trump defends Kim Jong Un over death of Otto Warmbier" (Washington Post, Feb. 28,2019). "And 300 pages of search results regarding Trump's malevolence, disregard of the law, belief in his immunity, his public support of Putin, Jong-un, & other despotic leaders, upcoming criminal/civil court cases, & much more."

All citations were from mainstream media - yet the post was banned. The email from Yahoo stated my post was rejected for "not following community guidelines". Yahoo doesn't follow community guidelines, which includes Yahoo's scores of posts highlighting famous/semi-famous celebs, & unknown females in scantily clad outfits or less. Censorship without explanation!

Crunch Gym, Hiram, PAULDING COUNTY, Georgia 30141
September 29, 2023

I don't recommend Crunch Gym. This is the perfect "clever schemes" fitness center. Make sure you read the contract on the computer before you sign or initial anything.

They will tell you that you will get an email copy of the contract, but know that email copy is AFTER you have already signed the contract.
You will have to stand your ground to get your contract cancelled and you will have to take an entire morning out of your busy schedule to get this done. It is not an easy task, especially if you sign a contract for coaching.

I tried to cancel my personal training contract with Haley Cole within three days after it was first signed and emailed because there was a discrepancy on the contract and what I was told. What I was told was not even on the paperwork regarding how much I was going to pay and for how long. The request for cancellation was rejected, my questions regarding what was on the contract and what was actually told to me was never answered or resolved. Haley blew me off. TK ignored my cancellation request that I personally handed to him; nor did he act on it. TK, the manager of the Hiram, GA Crunch Gym did nothing with the cancellation request.

When I finally walked in to cancel my contract with Haley on September 27,2023, I had to insist she pull up the form to cancel the contract. When I asked to read it before I signed it, Haley responded that she would email it to me. I responded by you're emailing it to me after I sign it.

She rudely turned the computer screen where I could read the cancellation notice and she was charging my credit card for eight more coaching sessions/services that I wii NOT use. Haley justifies it was because the contract was not cancelled within 10-days of the billing cycle period. But unknown to me at the time, the billing cycle is set up so that there is NOT a 10-day window to fulfill what I was told by Haley. Therefore, my cancellation is not effective until October 9,2023 instead of the day I requested and signed the cancellation form, September 27,2023. My credit card will be charged for services not used.

Second problem I had. I told Haley before the contract that I was going out of the country and not to schedule me for training the week of September 16-22,2023. Haley went ahead and scheduled me anyway three week before the scheduled trip. When I addressed it with her, she gave me no explanation except to say oh we can reschedule for another time. When I returned, I had to cancel my second week because I was sick. Another week that I'm paying for that I'm not receiving services.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that it would be considered credit for used in the future. I would not get a refund. Then when I looked at my cancellation paperwork form, Haley Cole marked that I did not ask for a refund.

Finally, my coaching contract was set up for two 30-minutes session each week. However, without changing the contract, Haley, on her own, changes my sessions to one-hour session a week.

YAHOO!
If you don't have an account, do not create one.

I created my first ever email address with yahoo when I was a CHILD. Of course, this email address is connected to nearly every social account I created because social media and internet access had just become accessible at home and necessary to save/store photos, etc. In the past 15-20 years, naturally I have gotten myself a cellphone (including a cellphone number obviously), a new address, and of course a drivers license. In recent months, I have wanted to gain access to many things that have old memories, with my photobucket account being my top priority. As most of you know, we didn't Al grow up with iPhones and technology that allowed us to store photos and documents. Photobucket was a great forum to use to upload and store photos from digital cameras, files from computers, and much more. It was the closest FREE thing that we had to the cloud. ANYWAYS. Yahoo locked me out of my account due to inactivity (which realistically was at most one year). The password reset and chat are not functional because they require a code to be sent to the phone number I had when I first created my account… which was a land line so of course that isn't functional or helpful. My only next option is to call and PAY for a service to get into my account. Of course they ask for photos of my drivers license (which absolutely is not connected to my account as I was not driving when I was 12 and created it), and for the phone number. While I was able to provide all information attached to my account, I was still unable to get access.
WHY?! I can answer every single security question. I can tell you all of the social media accounts linked. I can even tell you the websites the spam mail is from. There is no social security number attached. No payment methods. Nothing that could cause any type of identity theft. Not once was I asked a security question, or anything related to the actual account. Not once was anyone at any point even remotely helpful. I was just consistently told that because my phone number wasn't valid, and my drivers license wasn't attached, that it's unfortunate that i can't be helped. No $#*! it is unfortunate. The paid "service" is laughable. I'm done ranting at this point. It's helpless and a waste of *******@photobucket, send help. $#*! yahoo. I just want access to photos of my brother when he was a baby, as well as photos of my very old dog when he was a *******@general public, avoid yahoo at all costs! If you change your phone number, you'll lose all hope of access to your account apparently.

Tip for consumers:

Just don’t use it.

Faulty Summit gas oven broiler compartment safety hazard
March 4, 2022

The property manager of my apartment replaced my year old Avanti Elite appliance with the Summit PRO201SS gas stove, after the ATA Appliance technician was unable to find the reason for the erratic oven temperature. I have never been so miserable with a broiler in my life.
After the Summit PRO201SS was purchased and installed by ATA Appliance, I saw that the Summit broiler was a separate compartment below the oven. It was not a broiler DRAWER -- it was a broiler COMPARTMENT, with a door that lays on the floor once it's opened.
With the use of the COMPARTMENT, I am required to pull the burning hot shelf out from under the broiler Fire! In pulling the shelf out 3 inches, the shelf proceeds to fall down and the roasting pan with my food slides down to the Floor. I have never seen a broiler like this. I was never given the choice of a replacement stove, and ATA Appliance does not issue refunds.
RUN FAR AWAY. DO NOT WALK. RUN FROM THIS SUMMIT 20" GAS STOVE PRO201.
Still under warranty, the Summit technician came out and saw for himself, having to get on his knees to access the broiler COMPARTMENT. He was barely able to insert the broiler grate and when he did, it fell on his hand as he pulled the roasting pan out. He tried several times with the same result.
As he left, the Summit technician said he would request a credit for this stove so we would replace it with something like the prior one I had with the broiler inside the oven.
Not hearing from them, I called Summit today, and was told that the technician felt the stove was operating within "normal parameters". So their normal parameters include a faulty grate tilting downward and sliding burning hot food and the broiler pan on to your hand as you attempt to retrieve it from under the fire.
The young technician lied to me or his boss did. Either way, I am stuck with this FIRE SAFETY HAZARD.
IF YOU BUY THIS STOVE, IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BE PREPARED TO NEVER USE THE BROILER COMPARTMENT. Or have a fire extinguisher or fire blanket nearby.
Look up Summit PRO 201, and you will not find any description regarding the broiler, except indicating it is a 'drawer', an obvious misrepresentation you're unaware of until it's installed in your kitchen. Only then you will find it is a compartment as I described. This model should be taken off the market. BUYER BEWARE! Unless you don't cook. Then this looks great in your kitchen, and you will only have to live with the erratic oven temperature.
This is a 100% honest review!

Can't access my account due to number change
June 16, 2021

I'm just fed up and out of options. So i had to change my phone number not realizing i have 2 step verifications on it and went to log into my yahoo email only to find out I need my old number to verify. I tried using my back-up email and noticed it had an underscore that shouldnt be there. So it was the wrong back up email... i tried making that email just to gain access but that provider doesnt except special characters in the email name...
I decided to contact Yahoo support since the online help is utterly useless and just tells you to call customer service.
Once i got on the phone with them they told me i need to pay to use customer service... thats a first. Im not paying a company that ive been a customer with for 10 plus years to reset my password or fix my backup email, or even change my phone number... So i contacted BBB and they got me in touch with someone from Yahoo via email.

Hello,

Thank you for following up. After looking into this issue, it looks like we don't have enough information on this account to securely verify your identity as the account owner. Because we can't confirm it's your account, we won't be able to help you with this particular Yahoo ID. In order to assist someone with a Yahoo account, we need to verify that they're the owner. To do this, we need to ask questions based on the information that appears on it. The information we normally look for is not present on the account that you're asking for help with.

We recommend creating a new Yahoo ID at login.yahoo.com, clicking Sign up at the bottom of the "Sign in" window, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

If you remember any other information in the future please do not hesitate to contact me back.

Greg

Pretty much telling me my old account is gone and make a new one... I have so many of my games, accounts and other things tied to this email, hundreds if not thousands of dollars gone because Yahoo refuses to help and delve deeper into the situation... They'll ask you for money with out hesitation but will quickly give you the middle finger and tell you to fly a kite.

One last thing... my full name is my email for both yahoo and gmail...

Thanks for listening and I hope this helps

PUBLIC SAFETY NOTICE
December 28, 2020

I recently took my Lexus in for service and inspection. Upon entering the service center with my advisor, I notice the individual in the next office was not wearing a face mask. I immediately advised my service advisor of the situation, he turned around and motioned for this person to put her face mask on. She then turned to the office across the hall and made a disparaging remark about me. During the conversation with my advisor, we exited and reentered the service department three time. Each time we exited the building she removed her mask. Upon reentering, I repeated my request that she put her face mask on. Today, I returned to the dealership to pick up my car. She once again did not have on a face mask. Mind you, the walls are glass, and the offices have no doors. This time I spoke out loudly, saying "I see you are not wearing your mask again." I also informed her That I had written a review letting the public know of her reluctance to wear a mask. She said, "good for you." This individuals name in Angela Darden. During the time I was in and out of the service office today, she removed her mask four times. It is very clear that Ms. Angela Darden as no regard or respect for the health, safety, and wellbeing of other people. In Texas we are currently under a state mandate that requires that all people indoors must wear a mask. If you are outdoors in a crowd you must wear a mask. It is very clear that Ms. Darden is unaware of the severity of the COVID virus and that as of this post over 334,000 in the US have died and we currently have 19.3 MM active cases. The economic impact has been devasting to our national economy. Although it would appear, based on Angela's actions the economic devastation has had zero impact on Park Place Lexus and Ms. Angela Darden personally. Ms. Darden was not the only person in the service department not wearing a mask. Numerous individuals were unmasked and walking about the service center. However, Ms. Darden's office door was within six feet of were I was sitting or standing during my visit to Park Place Lexus of Plano and her blatant disregard for my personal safety, especially after I spoke out, is and was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Park Place Lexus of Plano you and Ms. Angela Darden should be ashamed.

November 22, 2020

Don't let them fool you with "delivery options granted I was stupid but I'm here to stop it from happening to you! They first make you send them the price and the shipping costs 850$ then the "shipping" company will tell you you need to pay 1500 worth of shots the puppy needs because of Covid new regulations.

Please don't trust this people they will send you pictures and videos but it's all a lie and you'll be left with nothing.

Premiumgoldenretrieverpuppy don't trust them.

Delta One relocation and Remodeling is a dishonest company
November 9, 2020

We dealt with a guy named Trey who came across very assuring and reliable until he was shown the damage that was done after the move. Trey sent over two men and a teenager to move us. They did not preserve my floor when they entered my home as I was told they would do. The truck, that I was told they have their own fleet of, was not one theirs, it was rented, and didn't even suffice the my entire home, we had to move the rest of the items. The movers packed the items so tight in the truck they couldn't even shut the back of it. They just tied it up with string and said it would be alright, they said they do that all the time. I had significant damage to my refrigerator that is very noticeable to anyone. This was not there before the move. The boy they hired to help had spilled water all over my floor from my planters he moved from my backyard, he went thru the living area to get to the truck and didn't even care to wipe it up, I had to do it. I finally had to tell him to go around the outside gate to get to the truck and not through my living area where I have wood flooring.
When speaking to Trey about these concerns, he became very rude and basically told me that I could claim all I want but I was not going to get anywhere as far as fixing my damaged refrigerator. Basically he told me that he didn't believe me. None the less, I sent him pictures of the damages and the cost it would take to fix it. Nichole, his secretary or wife, had reached out to me and told me that she wanted to make things right and to not respond back to Trey because he has no people skills and can get pretty rude. One of his mover apologized for the damage and wanted to pay for it himself but would have had to make payments to do so. He did take two hundred off the fee, but my damages exceeded 800 dollars. For a company who is supposed to be bonded and insured, they should be liable for these damages. They also claim that they are veterans, but I don't believe the movers who came to move me are. I had asked Trey to speak to the owner, James Booth, but he told me that it wasn't going to happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST.

Iddings & Sons Landscaping = Excellence!
November 14, 2017

Since moving to Anthem two years ago, it has been most frustrating dealing with various Anthem-based landscape service companies that were...

(A) Inconsistent -- by arriving an hour or more late to the job;
(B) Inconsiderate -- by not showing-up as promised or not calling;
(C) Incompetent -- by not performing the worked as promised;
(D) Unfair -- by attempting to up-charge after starting the job;
(E) Not professional -- by refusing to provide a written estimate BEFORE starting the job.

I had nearly given up on getting quality landscaping service in Anthem. Then, a kind neighbor highly recommended IDDINGS AND SONS.

I can say with confidence -- I have FINALLY found an EXCELLENT landscaping company serving Anthem that is consistent, considerate, competent, fair and VERY professional.

I recently used Iddings and Sons Landscaping service to trim and reshape a very troubled Mesquite tree in the front yard, which had not be maintained properly by the former owner.

I am 100% pleased with the excellent service provided by Joe Iddings and his tree crew. George Iddings provided an email written estimate PRIOR to starting the job, and he also scheduled the date and time of the job.

Joe and his crew showed-up to my home -- on the day promised, and they arrived within the quoted two-hour timeframe. I provided large plastic buckets, and the crew carefully covered each of the newly planted cacti to ensure they would not be damaged during the tree's extensive cutting and trimming process. Their debris clean-up was perfect.

I am 100% pleased with the cutting and reshaping of the troubled Mesquite tree. The newly reshaped tree improved the curb appeal of the property. Additionally, I am not longer worried the tree could be damaged or ruined by a windstorm or a heavy monsoon rain.

An added bonus: A couple of days after the tree trimming, George Iddings followed-up with an email inquiring if the service was performed to my expectations.

Now, THAT'S excellent service!

Tip for consumers:

Joe Iddings really has an eye for reshaping a tree. This is possible with skill and experience!
