The only reason I chose Y-Axis was because they claimed to have an 85% success rate in placing individuals in cross-border job opportunities. However, after availing their service for 10 weeks, I feel like I have made a terrible mistake.
Please forgive me if this sounds harsh, but below are the points that support my concerns:
First, their marketing strategy, which includes the Job Search Service (JSS) and the Y-Axis Premium Jobs portal, relies on candidates creating a new email with their name and a personal LinkedIn profile. It seems they lack trust in recruitment firms, and they market your profile as if the candidate is applying for jobs directly through their own email and LinkedIn profile. This approach allows them to evade accountability. In contrast, other individual recruiters have built trusting relationships with recruitment firms based on their credibility and can advocate for you with employers, potentially offering better chances of securing a job than Y-Axis's strategy. This is based on my personal experience with Y-Axis where there was zero conversions, although I may be mistaken with other services as I am not practically aware of other services.
Second, despite numerous feedback requests to increase the number of job postings per week from 30 to 50, my suggestions have been ignored, and they continue to post only about 30 jobs across all preferred countries. To clarify, this is a total of 30 jobs per week, not per country. While they are applying for jobs, which I appreciate, they only post about 30 jobs per week posing as the candidate, and that is all they do.
Third, despite repeatedly asking them to be proactive and provide updates, I find myself having to call them for information. Paying a hefty fee of approximately 60,000 INR for their Job Seeker service and then having to request updates is unacceptable. Despite our feedback, the same mistakes are repeated, such as applying for jobs that do not consider 'out-of-country' candidates or those without full working rights, despite reminders. At most, you can expect two updates per week, and that too only if the candidate persistently seeks updates throughout the week. They are slow and typically take at least three working days to respond to each request, which seems excessive for the fee they charge.
Fourth, they do not assist in building contacts on LinkedIn or Seek or in expanding your work network. They simply register you, and it is up to you to take further action. It is well-known that referrals can significantly improve job application success rates, and their lack of referral support (prior to posting jobs and in general) again diminishes the candidate's chances.
I must also acknowledge some fault on my part, as I stopped pursuing corrections once I realized they were not taking my feedback seriously and were repeating the same mistakes. Honestly, I am losing hope in Y-Axis; it has been over 10 weeks since I started using their service, and I have not received a single interview call. My resume, which they claimed was ATS-ready and a "hot seller," has not even made it past the screening stage, despite my marketable skill set as a Full Stack.NET Developer and Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Azure technologies, Azure Databricks, Data Factory etc. If my profile were truly unmarketable, they should not have accepted me for the Job Seeker service in the first place.

I had paid Visa consultancy fees to Y-Axis on 25 Jan 2023 during which a process consultant from Mumbai office of Y-Axis was appointed for relationship. After payment of consultancy fees and signing of agreement with Y-axis on 27 Jan 2023, another process consultant was appointed from Hyderabad. The details were shared with this consultant on 31 Jan 2023 and US Visa fees was paid for myself and my spouse on 02 Feb 2023 as advised by consultant.
The CGI login credentials were shared with me on 06 Mar 2023 by consultant and subsequently, on follow-up, I was informed in May 2023 as well as in Jun 2023 sharing screen shots that consultant was trying of getting appointment with US consulate.
Thereafter, the process consultant was again changed to a third consultant on 07 Sep 2023, who informed that currently the appointment was scheduled for 11 Nov 2024 and he would try rescheduling on early date as per availability. All the documents shared with earlier consultant were again shared with new consultant along with mail correspondences at his request on 03 Oct 2023.
Thereafter, I was confirmed on 28 Oct 2023 that the appointment was rescheduled for 13 Feb 2024 at New Delhi and since the same was not convenient to me, the appointment cancellation was requested by me on 20 Dec 2023 with request to reschedule the same at Mumbai as per availability of dates. The same was acknowledged by appointed process consultant vide mail on 20 Dec 2023.
Thereafter on my reminder on 15 Feb 2024 requesting present update, I was informed that after the scheduled appointment of February, the US embassy implemented new update confirming that the appointment should match with the appointment confirmation and these things are not matching with my parents' and that is the reason the appointment got canceled by the embassy side. The consultant also confirmed his trying to schedule new appointment.
However, on 20 Feb 2024 when I asked consultant to confirm validity of DS 160 and validity of visa fee receipt, I was informed on the same day that on inquiry, it was revealed that vis fee payment got expired and I have to make the payment again then only consultant would be able to schedule the appointment.
Hence, it was surprising to note that even process consultant of Y-Axis being professionally qualified for the particular business and providing visa consultancy was not aware about expiry of payment till 20 Feb 2024 and the same was informed only when I specifically asked confirmation on the same.
Hence, it is very unprofessional approach from Y-Axis to advise me to pay the visa fees again for two persons (which has now been revised).

I recently used Y-Axis Canada for my immigration process, and I am pleased to share my review of their services. They provided excellent support and guided me through each stage of the process. Here is a breakdown of the step-by-step stages I faced with Y-Axis Canada:
Initial Consultation: I had an initial consultation with a Y-Axis immigration consultant who assessed my profile and discussed my immigration goals. They provided me with a clear understanding of the immigration options available to me based on my qualifications and preferences.
Documentation Collection: Y-Axis Canada provided me with a checklist of documents required for my immigration application. They guided me through the process of gathering and organizing these documents, ensuring that I had all the necessary paperwork ready for submission.
Application Preparation: Y-Axis assisted me in preparing my application, ensuring that all the information provided was accurate and complete. They helped me draft the necessary forms, write a compelling statement of purpose, and provided guidance on any additional documents required for a strong application.
Application Submission: Once my application was ready, Y-Axis Canada reviewed it thoroughly to ensure it met all the requirements. They helped me submit the application to the appropriate Canadian immigration authorities, ensuring that it was done within the specified timelines.
Follow-up and Updates: Y-Axis provided regular updates on the progress of my application. They kept me informed about any changes, requests for additional information, or interviews that may have been required. Their prompt communication and support throughout this stage were highly appreciated.
Interview Preparation: Y-Axis provided me with valuable tips and guidance to help me prepare for it. They conducted mock interviews, shared common questions, and provided advice on how to present myself effectively.
Visa Approval: Thanks to the diligent efforts of Y-Axis Canada, my visa application was approved successfully. They guided me through the final steps, such as medical examinations and biometrics, and ensured that I met all the necessary requirements before my visa was issued.
Overall, my experience with Y-Axis Canada was highly positive. Their step-by-step guidance, attention to detail, and personalized support throughout the immigration process were commendable. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with their Canadian immigration journey.
A fraudulent organisation I have come across and thought it should be made aware of. These guys are supposed to be #immigrationconsultancy but have taken my money, and oh boy! Have done nothing... application has been in limbo for over a year and almost six months as I had started this process Jan/feb 2021.
When taking money, OF COURSE they were responsive. Now when I ask for a refund they are backing out. Why is it wrong? Coz they as a #consultancy DID NOTHING, It took them almost 9 months and over to get the application into the pool which affected the points systems etc and made the application invalid and now they are asking for impossible actions to be taken which is actually costing more money.
And when I said, no thank you! I want a refund. They say NO! That is simply RIDICULOUS! And INFURIATING!
Thats when I realised a #fradulent #organisation. Its not even a small amount of $$ they have taken to let it go. So I am hoping naming and shaming can come to my rescue.

Don’t ever go with these guys

It's my complete personal experience and it is long story. I have enrolled with YAxis in 2018/2019 probably after a little research and have many phone calls with their Agent in Australia (i am based in New Zealand and Australia is the closest YAxis agency location). I had gathered all my doubts including the case of cancelling the application at some stage (life is full of surprises). They said, if we are paying them in a full then I will get a refund for the unassisted steps or processes. This means if there are 5 steps for migration and I decided to cancel / not to migrate after 3rd step, I will get service charges for 4-5 steps.
As part of the academic evaluation -WES, our educational providers have to submit original transcripts directly to WES. As part of that, I have informed the agents that I will get it from my college in (Kerala) and I needed some help in acquiring transcripts from Rajasthan. They said they cannot help with University in Rajasthan and they were very adamant about getting transcripts from Kerala on their own and basically I was forced to pay them for it. The funny thing is it is not included in their so-called "service charges". But let's assume that that's how an agency will work.
My worst experience happened in December 2020. Covid-19 had an impact on most of the humans in this world sadly I am also one among them who got stuck very badly. I had to find every source of income I could acquire to feed and find a way out of it. As a human being, I really thought to cancel my plan to migrate to Canada and ask for a refund because migrating to Canada became impossible for me at this time. Considering that I have paid them in full and have completed some processes I am almost sure that even the refund will not be a huge amount. But in my situation even $100 would have worth a lot.
So, I Emailed the agent who was in charge on 7/12/2020. And asked for a call to explain my situation and make a way out. I didn't hear anything from them. So, I waited but have been sending emails asking for an update. Nothing happened no response and an email addressing my request. I really can't explain my feeling when you requested a refund and you not getting any responses other than promotional emails and the current status of your application which doesn't have any positive sign. Then I made an official complaint on 27/1/2021 with the above details and a request to call. I haven't heard anything from them. Yes of cause they made a call just for records during the off timing which I mentioned (Requested a call till 8 PM when I am available and got a call at 10). Then By 30/1/2021, I got an email saying I am not eligible for a refund as they assisted me till applying EOI and they have provided many services and they closed the ticket without even asking whether I am satisfied with their solution. I have raised my concerns as I have never received an invitation from anywhere. Though I am eligible for Canada migration I don't have enough points to get an invitation. So I am not sure why I am not eligible for a refund when they have not assisted me for actual invitation/Migration. I have paid them for job search also which only available after getting an invitation and approval. I should be eligible for those at least. But no response for my query. Later i made a review in Facebook so their agent contacted me and said she will talk to her manager and got an email asking me to delete the review. I asked for a proper resolution but no reply till now. And i am not able to find my review. Now I understand why there is no negative comments when they have the privilege to delete it. So my sincere request for you if you are getting a chance to read all my story is to reconsider your agency. Trust yourself and give a try yourselves to migrate and don't be like me who spend a lot for nothing.
