Xsolla

Here is my negative experience: I subscribed to Voice. Ai with the right to cancel within 7 days. However, their payment processor Xsolla did not send me a receipt by email, without which it is impossible to cancel the subscription according to their own rules. On March 27,2025, I sent an email to Xsolla's official address requesting to cancel the subscription — the email was received but ignored. On March 29, €5.82 was withdrawn from my card without my consent. Their support does not respond to the issue, and the situation is completely ignored. It feels like the company is counting on people not taking action over a "small" amount. Xsolla behaves like a fraudulent organization. I strongly advise against doing any business with them.
