Avoid! I have used this web site for several years but am throwing in the towel as I can't take any more! It is well designed and user friendly, IF it is functioning properly. However, it is completely unreliable and I have experienced a nightmare of intermittent glitches and malfunctions. E.G., when I tried to follow and bet 1st two of three triple crown races: the KD and the P! Everything from being unable to deposit funds from my previously linked checking account to the popup Wager Pad timing out in a few seconds to not being able to keep track of my wagers and balances in real time, to an incorrect remaining balance showing, to "my tracks" disappearing and resetting, but worst of all during Preakness was that betting at web site would cut out 20+ minutes before starting gate bell! A nightmare that ruined my whole experience of the events, like relaxing and listening to TV pre-coverage of the event. Customer service was for most part awful (an oxymoron) when I took time and energy to call and describe problems and offered screen shots as proof to what I was describing. Got response like, "You're the only one complaining." It's your browser, version of Flash etc. --- not! They will not admit malfunctions or compensate you for a lost bet. Accounting can be incorrect for hours. A couple years ago I received a threatening notice at my mailing address, with my account # to a man with a different name (I am a single female and sole account holder of record)! It was advising me that I was a de facto deadbeat as my account was overdrawn a $100+ and needed to remit to cover, when I in fact had a small credit balance! You can not expect a "seamless" pleasant experience with this company nor can you rely on the safe, correct accounting of your funds on deposit. --- Luckily, I only make modest bets online, but if "you're a player," with large sums at stake --- Good Luck!
