We have done several projects and almost all projects are fine and on time. If you really want to succeed with XCHOP, you must have all the designs, images and other things drafted and exported as media files. What also helps in general with all kind of webdesign agencies is to create a document with all the wishes, functions etcetera. After-all great job XCHOP.
I have wasted literally a couple of YEARS trying to get my site built, with all my specifications agreed upon at the start. What an ordeal. Changes not done properly, bugs everywhere so consequently after years I have no working site, not even salvable. The site was meant to be delivered 25 October 2021, and 5 May 2022 they told me they couldn't program the functionality of the site, I would have to find someone else. Here we are February 2023, I have no site that works and I couldn't waste any more time battling to get the basics done, let alone the complex programming and the site I was advised by a credible programmer, that the entire site needed to be rebuilt from scratch as not to take in the bad coding and all the bugs. So I asked for the site to be deleted as it was unusable and requested a REFUND. They refused, regardless that they guaranteed a website to my specifications and they did not deliver what I'd asked for. I wasted hours trying to resolve this and have walked away with no refund or working website. What sort of business does that to their customer? Please don't use the service if you want a working bug-free website, because you won't get your money back and you will just waste precious time and energy for nothing. Use a company that the final invoice is when the site has been completed, to ensure that they do the right thing and deliver what they promised.
